Our mission in the Next Gen Ministry is to equip and empower our kids and students to have an authentic and active faith. No matter the age or life stage, there’s a place for your child here. Below are resources for your family to use as you disciple your children and walk with them in their faith journey. INTRODUCING the Next Gen Pathway
As your children and students grow up, we want them to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. The Next Gen Pathway helps develop their faith so they can continue to follow Jesus for the rest of their lives. We want our children to be disciples of Jesus, and we want to help guide your child or children to learn to follow him.

SALVATION
What is the Purpose?
Salvation is the moment a person places their faith in Jesus
Christ as Lord and Savior. Salvation is a gift of grace received through faith — not something we can earn through good works. When a person trusts in Jesus, they are forgiven of their sin, made new and brought into God’s family.
Each child comes to this decision at a different time. While
parents and the church play an important role in guiding and
teaching, salvation is a personal response to the gospel.
What are the Next Steps?
If your child begins asking questions about following Jesus or
expresses a desire to trust him, take time to have intentional
conversations about the gospel. You can reach out to a member of our ministry team for guidance or schedule a time to talk with a pastor about your child’s understanding and next steps.
BAPTISM
What is the Purpose?
Baptism is an outward sign of an inward transformation. It is an
act of obedience that identifies a believer with Christ’s death,
burial and resurrection.
Baptism does not save; it publicly declares what God has
already done in the believer’s heart through faith. We do not
practice infant baptism because scripture teaches that baptism
follows a conscious decision to follow Jesus.
Believers are immersed in water to symbolize this, based on
Romans 6:3-4.
What are the Next Steps?
If your child is ready, complete the Baptism Interest Form. A minister will contact you to schedule a meeting.
Each stage of life brings new opportunities to grow in faith, and every child’s journey will look a little different.
Our desire is to equip you and encourage you along the way, trusting that God is at work in your child’s life. As you remain faithful in pointing them to Jesus, we believe he will continue to shape their heart, deepend their faith, and lead them into a lifelong relationship with him.
