Mommy and Me Exercise Class

This class is designed for moms who are pregnant or in any stage of postpartum — whether you are newly home with a newborn or a few years into motherhood and still navigating the changes that come after having a baby.

Motherhood transforms us physically, mentally, and spiritually. This class creates space for moms to strengthen their bodies, care for their health, and find encouragement in community.

During this class, participants will:

  • Learn safe and effective postpartum strength exercises
  • Focus on core and pelvic floor support
  • Improve posture, mobility, and overall strength
  • Gain practical tips for healing and moving well in daily mom life
  • Connect with other moms for encouragement and community
  • Grow spiritually through support, prayer, and discipleship

Babies are welcome, and no previous fitness level is required. Whether you are six weeks postpartum or several years into motherhood, this class is for you.

Wednesday night childcare is also available for older toddlers if needed.
