Fun, low-impact, high-intensity workout for adults that focuses on strength, balance and flexibility. Options are offered so everyone from the fitness enthusiast to the beginner! We use positive and Christian music to facilitate working the whole body, mind, and spirit. Bring a mat and a water bottle.
