SUMMARY:Summer Reading Club – Illuminate Your Mind\, One Book at a Time
DESCRIPTION:Children are invited to experience the joy of reading this summer while earning fun prizes along the way. Participants will read — or be read to — throughout the summer and track their progress using a reading log. Prizes will be awarded as reading milestones are completed and logs are submitted to the library. \nThe Summer Reading Club is open to children from preschool through sixth grade. Participants may be current library patrons or new friends discovering the resources available in the PCBC Library. \nJoin us for the Summer Reading Club Kickoff Party on Sunday\, June 7\, from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Enjoy refreshments\, prizes\, and the opportunity to sign up and begin your reading adventure. DESCRIPTION:This class is designed for moms who are pregnant or in any stage of postpartum — whether you are newly home with a newborn or a few years into motherhood and still navigating the changes that come after having a baby. \nMotherhood transforms us physically\, mentally\, and spiritually. This class creates space for moms to strengthen their bodies\, care for their health\, and find encouragement in community. \nDuring this class\, participants will: \n\nLearn safe and effective postpartum strength exercises\nFocus on core and pelvic floor support\nImprove posture\, mobility\, and overall strength\nGain practical tips for healing and moving well in daily mom life\nConnect with other moms for encouragement and community\nGrow spiritually through support\, prayer\, and discipleship\n\nBabies are welcome\, and no previous fitness level is required.
